Nos Cabanes operates several maple syrup farms throughout the Eastern Townships of Quebec. Each syrup is flavoured by the distinct terroir from which its trees have been tapped. This gorgeous amber syrup with sweet caramel notes comes from the town of Stornoway. Limited stock available.

The Eastern Townships in southeastern Quebec is a collection of small towns and villages and has strong English roots, having been settled in the 18th century by Americans, British Loyalists, and Irish and Scottish settlers. Abundant with ski hills, maple syrup farms, apple orchards, rolling countryside and beautiful lakes, it's an outdoor lover's haven. It's also where we got married, so it has special significance for us!

Café Saint-Henri out of Montreal is committed to buying only fair trade coffee beans and have perfected the art of roasting. They are so passionate about the end-to-end coffee process that they have developed a training lab for baristas to ensure the final product that the consumer tastes is a true representation of the coffee.

This Patricia Perez whole bean coffee is named after the woman who harvests from her own coffee trees in the remote region of Huehuetenango in Guatemala. This batch is made with the Bourbon and Caturra bean varieties, with tasting notes of fudge, yellow plum and praline. Limited stock available.

This fruit spread has very few ingredients. Pears are the star, with maple syrup and vanilla beans to smooth out the flavours. Made in small batches by Annie-Claude St-Jean at Dimanche Matin, this spread comes to you from the small town of Crabtree in the Lanaudière region of Central Quebec. Known for its beautiful countryside and charming small towns set against a backdrop of mountains, you can taste the region's fresh air in this spread! Limited stock available.
