This self-taught baker out of Sunderland makes nut-free granola. Melissa started on this journey because she has a partner who has a severe nut allergy. But she also keeps it healthy: her product is naturally sweetened with pure Canadian maple syrup and uses no preservatives. And any chocolate she uses is dairy-free. Perfect as an out-of-hand snack, or as a topper for your smoothie bowl or yogurt!
