Café Saint-Henri out of Montreal is committed to buying only fair trade coffee beans and have perfected the art of roasting. They are so passionate about the end-to-end coffee process that they have developed a training lab for baristas to ensure the final product that the consumer tastes is a true representation of the coffee.
This Patricia Perez whole bean coffee is named after the woman who harvests from her own coffee trees in the remote region of Huehuetenango in Guatemala. This batch is made with the Bourbon and Caturra bean varieties, with tasting notes of fudge, yellow plum and praline. Limited stock available.
