Where do you ship?
At this time, we are shipping only within Canada, via Canada Post.
We are based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, and offer free local delivery within most of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). When you enter the delivery address at checkout, you will see if it qualifies for free local delivery.
How long does it take to ship a gift box?
From the time we receive and confirm your order, you can expect the gift box to be shipped within 1-3 business days. Canada Post can deliver to most destinations within 5-10 business days (please take into account delays due to COVID and Christmas holidays).
Delivery within our local delivery areas (Greater Toronto Area) will be within 1-2 business days from the time we receive your order.
What size are your boxes?
Our gift boxes come in two sizes, depending on the size of the products within: 9” x 9” x 4.5” or 7” x 7” x 4.5”. However, if you would like to build a custom gift and it requires a different size box, or a unique type of box, we will notify you in advance of the cost.
Our “Ontario’s Finest” corporate gift box is 11 ¼” x 11 ¼” x 4 ½”.
Can I remove a product from a pre-curated gift box?
The curated gift boxes are sold as is. However, if you wish to have a custom gift box consisting of items different than what you see among our curated selection, please contact us and we’ll be happy to put one together for you.
Can I get a custom curated gift box?
Absolutely! Please tell us a little about your needs and we will curate a box based on your gift recipient’s interests. Or if you need a bulk order of custom boxes for an event – a wedding, for example – we can do that, too. Our specialty is bespoke gifts and we will hunt for the best hidden gems across Ontario for your gift box!
How can I get my product into one of your gift boxes?
